May 21, 2019
21 May 2019: The fourth day of the Employability Training Program began at 9.00 am at the College hall. The first session began with group dynamics and riddles. These dynamics brought about the need to make good decisions. The trainees were presented with a number of situations in which they had to take certain decisions after studying the pros and cons of each situation.
In the afternoon session, focus was on how to cultivate the skill of influence. The trainer gave deep insights into this skill and also helped the students to log on to various job websites like Indeed, Monster.com, Linkedin, Skype etc.
The training session came to an end at 4.00 pm. The students thanked the Trainer, Mr. Eddy Kujur, Asst. Professor, Bosco Institute. His self sacrifice and commitment made the training a wonderful experience for the students. The college is deeply indebted to him and the students have benefited immensely. He will continue the training session in the last week of June 2019.
